Our company is duly certified by Immigration Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for recruiting of Russian citizens abroad (license 20105230788 dd 13/04/2005). We also hold Certificate of Compliance to ISO 9001-2000 issued by Russian Ministry of Transportation on 19/04/2005 and fully comply with current Russian and international regulations in regards of employment and training of seamen for modern fleet. All crewing operations are carried out as per Safety and Quality System set up in place fleet-wide for all Genmar ships in accordance with ISM Code.

All seafarers employed through our company are covered with ITF Collective Fleet Agreement signed between Shipowners and Russian Union of Seafarers.
